How does it work?

Day Of Coordination is a million little things...

but at the end of the day, I can summarize what I do in 5 little words:

I'll be there for you.

Need me to elaborate?

*clears throat*

*drumroll*

*starts stretching*

You asked for it...

This is how we do it....

*in the words of the great Montell Jordan*

Here’s what the Kelly Lynn Weddings Day of Coordination package will give you:

  • Unlimited email access and scheduled calls to check-in and ask me anything

  • Custom questionnaire to capture all of your specific wedding details

  • Detailed wedding day timeline from the moment you wake up, to the cookies in bed

  • Three formal planning meetings over coffee, snacks, or Zoom upon booking, at the halfway mark, and the week of your wedding

  • One in person site visit at your venue

  • Formal ceremony rehearsal coordination if needed

  • Day of vendor coordination from start to finish

  • Full set-up and breakdown of your DIY decorations and personal items

  • Direct and run your ceremony and reception

  • One KLW planning assistant to be a second set of hands throughout your wedding

  • Miscellaneous day-of tasks as needed

What do I mean by miscellaneous tasks?

Hold my binder.

These are the ~million little things~ I mentioned. Things like:

  • Distributing flowers and pinning boutonnieres on all the guys without drawing blood

  • Making sure your bridal party has hors d'oeuvres and cocktails waiting for them in the bridal suite after taking 8543759037 photos

  • Wrangling your cousins for said photos because they cannot follow a simple instruction and went up to cocktail hour *screams internally*

  • Flipping your ceremony arch to behind your sweetheart table because your florist doesn’t stay

  • Unpacking, and then packing back up your U-Haul full of thrifted glassware

  • Toning my weak arms by carrying your multiple, ginormous, but super stylish area rugs down to your ceremony dock in the 90 degree heat….then back up again!!!

  • Dimming the lights so you can get low to Get Low

  • Finding your aunt’s lost purse (it was literally on her chair…)

  • Pausing speeches until you get back from your only bathroom break in 10 hours

  • Two words: Guest Shuttles.

  • Bustling your gown when your maid of honor forgets how

  • Handing out tips to vendors at the end of the night (and being transparent about how much to tip them!)

  • A million other things I think about for you and get done so you don’t have to. I’m that good.

                                                                            …Wanna get even more specific?

“I did not want to be stressed about any set up or decorations or vendor coordinating on the day of, and I did not have to be because Kelly handled it all! I had a specific vision in mind and she executed it perfectly: Everything ran smoothly because of her.”
