She always checked in to see what our planning needs were and made sure everything was thoroughly planned to our liking. On our wedding day, Kelly made sure that every aspect of our day went smoothly. I was not worried or stressed about anything because she had everything taken care of! In addition, Kelly frequently checked in with me and my husband to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure that we felt like everything was going smoothly. "I cannot recommend Kelly enough for wedding day coordination! It was a blessing to find her during my planning process. Kelly went above and beyond for my husband and I, as well as our families. We were able to be totally present and enjoy every second of our wedding day because we knew Kelly was handling everything. Her attention to detail and professionalism was impeccable, she answered every single question with ease. When Kelly and I first spoke over the phone, I knew I didn’t need to look any further, it felt like talking to a friend. She reached out to every single vendor to make sure our wedding day ran smooth. She scheduled multiple phone calls, a site visit, and made it known she was available to me in the last few weeks leading up to our big day. I was not sure I needed a wedding day coordinator because I thought I had mostly everything covered, but I can assure you I needed every second of Kelly’s help.  I truly do not know how I could have pulled off my beautiful wedding reception without the expertise of Kelly and her assistant Martin. Kelly kept me sane throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was always willing to take phone calls, zooms, or meet face to face if needed. She goes above and beyond to ensure your wedding vision comes to life from florals, centerpieces, decorations, and cookie table. I had zero hiccups the day of my wedding and I have Kelly to thank for that. From setting up my venue, making sure I had my favorite coffee in the morning, and even picking up our breakfast for the bridal party. I would hire Kelly again 10000X over.
